Overview:
RAW Grappling League is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to take on the pivotal role of Matchmaker. As the Matchmaker, you will be responsible for curating and organizing exciting prelim matches and headliner events for our shows, ensuring the highest level of competition and entertainment for our athletes and fans.

Responsibilities:

• Matchmaking Expertise: Identify and pair athletes for prelim matches and headliner events based on skill, weight class, and competitive matchups.

• Athlete Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with athletes, coaches, and teams to ensure smooth negotiations and match scheduling.

• Event Planning: Collaborate with the event team to create compelling fight cards that align with RAW’s vision and values.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the grappling scene to recruit rising talent and ensure fresh, competitive line ups.

• Conflict Resolution: Address scheduling conflicts, injuries, or last-minute changes efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Jiu-Jitsu and the grappling world.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in matchmaking, event planning, or athlete management is a plus.

• Passion for promoting the sport and providing opportunities for athletes to shine.
